Terms of Business
1. The airport taxi service carries out the transport from the customer’s place of residence to Munich or Salzburg airport and/ or back 24 hours a day.

2. As soon as your booking is reconfirmed by us, the contract becomes effective. The customer is liable to check the particulars of the confirmation received and to communicate instantly any error detected.

3. As we offer a shuttle service, single transport cannot be demanded unless there has been an explicit agreement over such or it has been explicitly confirmed so.

4. Luggage of a weight up to 20 kg will be transported charge free. The transport of heavy or bulky goods require an extra agreement between the customer and the airport taxi service.

5. If an airport transport is ordered less than 24 hours before departure or arrival, an additional fee of 28 Euro will be charged.

6. The customer is liable to be ready for pick-up at the agreed place and point of time. The airport taxi service is not liable to wait for the customer more than 5 minutes beyond the agreed point of time. In case the customer misses the shuttle due to a delay that lies within his own responsibility, no demands can be made concerning the restitution of already paid charges.

7. For a pick-up at the airport after arrival, the costumer is liable to wait at the agreed point of time at the respective terminal of arrival where he will be expected with a name-plate by the shuttle driver. If the driver does not appear 30 minutes after the agreed point of time, the customer is liable to call the airport service hotline (08031-359935). In case there are other customers that can be transported in the same shuttle due to time proximity of another coinciding flight arrival, a waiting time of another 60 minutes maximum beyond the agreed point of time has to be tolerated. In case the shuttle driver does not appear after these 60 minutes of tolerance, the customer has the right to look for another possibility of transport at the expenses of the airport taxi service.

8. The liability of the airport taxi service of taking the customer from the airport to his place of residence loses its validity if the customer does not appear within 60 minutes after the agreed point of time at the respective terminal of arrival. In case of delayed flight arrival the customer has the possibility of informing the airport taxi service hotline (08031-359935) about the extent of the delay and thus agree about a new possibility of transport by a substitutional vehicle without any extra charge. The same possibility exists in case of arrival earlier than according to the timetable.

9. The airport taxi service is liable for gross negligence. In addition to this the airport taxi service is to be made responsible for gross violation of contract duties. In case of gross negligence, indemnification limited to the extent of the caused damage will be granted. Any damage is instantly to be reported.

10. Mediation of our services by travel agencies is voluntary. This mediation service is not based on contract or partnership. The airport taxi service is not to be made responsible for damage caused by faulty communication of flight and travel data.
